What to Fix Before Asking for a Price

Four numbers decide what a quote for woven carbon cloth actually means: weave, tow size, areal weight and width. Change one and the price, the drape and the surface all move with it.

Width	Up to 1270 mm	How many seams a wide part needs

Tow grades and their sizing options are on carbon fiber tows. If the weight question is the one blocking you, the gsm guide works through it with worked numbers.

PAN-based tow, and why buyers ask for it

The tow we weave is PAN-based. Nearly all structural carbon cloth is. Pitch-based tow exists, but it behaves and prices differently, so a spec that says “PAN-based” is usually ruling pitch out rather than choosing between our grades. What separates one cloth from another is still the four numbers above.
