Terms of Service

Effective date: 21 October 2026
Last updated: 21 October 2026

Please read these terms before using this website. By accessing or using https://lxcomposites.com/ (the “Site”) you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These terms are between you and Danyang Lixing Carbon Products Co., Ltd. (“LX Composites”, “we”, “us”), Unified Social Credit Code 91321181MA1NTLQB0B, registered at Hi-Tech Innovation Park, South Third Ring Road, Yunyang Street, Danyang, Zhenjiang, Jiangsu, China 212300.

1. What this Site is

The Site describes our products and capabilities and gives you a way to contact us. It is a general information and enquiry channel. It is not a shop, it is not a catalogue with binding content, and nothing on it constitutes an offer that can be accepted to form a contract.

2. Product information is indicative — specifications govern

Product descriptions, specification tables, processing notes and application examples on this Site are published to help you shortlist material. They are indicative.

  • Any specification is only binding once it has been confirmed in a written specification sheet or technical datasheet issued for your grade and accepted by both of us.
  • Mechanical, thermal and physical values shown on the Site are laboratory reference values for reference only, not acceptance criteria. The specific batch is governed by the datasheet or certificate of analysis (COA) supplied with it.
  • We may change a product’s specification, form or availability without notice. We do not undertake to keep the Site’s specification tables current against every production change.
  • Where the Site and a confirmed specification sheet disagree, the confirmed specification sheet prevails.

3. No prices on this Site — quotations govern

This Site carries no prices, and no price indication of any kind is given through it.

  • Any figure, estimate or commercial term is only valid once it appears in a formal written quotation issued by us, referencing your enquiry, and stating its own validity period.
  • We do not publish or commit to minimum order quantities or lead times on the Site. Both are confirmed in the quotation for your specific order.
  • An order becomes binding only when we have confirmed it in writing.

4. Technical information is not engineering advice

Content on this Site — including processing guides, material-selection notes and application examples — is general information about how these materials are commonly worked.

  • It is not engineering advice, design validation, or a substitute for your own calculation, simulation or testing.
  • You remain responsible for confirming that a material suits your part, your process, your service conditions and the regulatory requirements of your market.
  • We do not carry out design, CAE simulation or tooling design through this Site. Where we give a material recommendation, it is a recommendation about material, not a guarantee of part performance.

5. Your enquiries and submissions

When you contact us (through a form, by email, or through the chat assistant on this Site):

  • you confirm that the information you give us is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
  • you are responsible for ensuring you are entitled to share any drawing, photograph or specification you send us, and that doing so does not breach anyone else’s confidentiality or intellectual property rights;
  • you give us permission to use what you send for the purpose of answering your enquiry — evaluating the specification, preparing a recommendation or quotation, and keeping a commercial record;
  • we will not treat a drawing or document as confidential unless we have expressly agreed that in writing before you send it. If confidentiality matters to you, say so first and we will tell you whether we can accept it on that basis.

6. The chat assistant

The Site may present an automated chat assistant. Please note:

  • it is an automated assistant, and it does not quote prices, minimum order quantities or lead times, and does not make commitments on our behalf. Any commercial commitment requires a written quotation from us;
  • its answers are drawn from our published material and may be incomplete. Where an answer affects your specification, ask us to confirm it in writing;
  • conversations are recorded and processed as described in our Privacy Policy, including the disclosure that chat content is processed by a third-party AI provider located in China;
  • you may ask to speak to a person at any time.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — text, photographs, illustrations, product descriptions, specification tables, layout, the LX Composites name and logo, and the underlying code — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws.

You may view, download and print pages from this Site for your own internal evaluation of our products. You may not, without our prior written consent:

  • reproduce, republish or redistribute Site content commercially;
  • use our name, logo or product descriptions in your own marketing, catalogue or listing;
  • remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notice;
  • use automated means to extract Site content for a competing database or catalogue.

Product names, resin abbreviations (PP, PA, PC, PPS, PEEK and similar) and generic material designations are used descriptively. Third-party trademarks, where they appear, belong to their respective owners and their appearance here is not a claim of affiliation or endorsement.

8. Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party sites and uses third-party services (for example analytics, maps and embedded media). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Linking does not imply endorsement.

9. Warranty and limitation of liability

9.1 No warranty on the Site

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we give no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of harmful components, or that its content is complete, accurate or fit for any particular purpose.

9.2 Products

Warranty on products, if any, is given only in the contract or order confirmation for that order, and covers conformity to the specification confirmed for it. Nothing on this Site extends or creates a product warranty.

9.3 Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, production, goodwill or anticipated savings, however arising and whether or not we were advised of the possibility;
  • our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of this Site is limited to the amount you have paid us for goods supplied under a confirmed order in the twelve months preceding the event, and where no such payment has been made, to nil in respect of Site use;
  • nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We are a supplier of materials. We are not the manufacturer of your finished part, and we do not accept liability for the design, manufacture or in-service performance of parts produced by you or by others from materials we supply.

10. Export, import and sanctions compliance

Our materials are exported from China. Where a sale crosses a border:

  • you are responsible for import clearance, duties, taxes and for complying with the import, product-safety and chemical-inventory requirements of your country;
  • both parties must comply with applicable export control, customs and sanctions laws. We will not supply where doing so would breach them;
  • trade terms (for example FOB or CIF) allocate cost and risk as defined in the Incoterms rule named in the confirmation for your order.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the use of this Site, are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods applies only where we have expressly agreed it in writing.

The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute through friendly consultation within 30 days of a written notice of dispute. If consultation fails, either party may bring the dispute before the people’s court having jurisdiction at the place of our registered address (Danyang, Jiangsu, China).

Disputes arising from an individual contract of sale are governed by the dispute-resolution clause of that contract, which prevails over this section.

Language: these terms are published in English and Chinese. If the two versions conflict, the English version prevails.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the effective date at the top. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

13. Severability and contact

If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force, and the invalid provision is replaced by the nearest enforceable equivalent that achieves the same commercial purpose.
