What to Fix Before Asking for a Price
Four numbers decide what a quote for woven carbon cloth actually means: weave, tow size, areal weight and width. Change one and the price, the drape and the surface all move with it.

PAN-based tow, and why buyers ask for it
The tow we weave is PAN-based. Nearly all structural carbon cloth is. Pitch-based tow exists, but it behaves and prices differently, so a spec that says “PAN-based” is usually ruling pitch out rather than choosing between our grades. What separates one cloth from another is still the four numbers above.
